These answers describe the intended experience and approved safety principles. They do not mean the service is live.
Is V-Payoa an e-wallet?
No. V-Payoa is positioned as a travel payment bridge. It does not hold customer balances or offer a stored-value account.
What is the difference between static and dynamic QR?
A static QR usually requires the traveler to enter an amount. A dynamic QR contains a specified amount that is not intended to be editable.
Does successful authorization mean the merchant received funds?
No. The app shows completion only after the trusted Backend confirms merchant credit.
Should I pay again when the result is unknown?
No. Check the original transaction first to avoid a duplicate charge or merchant credit.
Will V-Payoa store my card details?
The current design does not store full card numbers or CVV. Final handling still depends on the approved provider and PCI responsibility matrix.
Can I download the app and make a live payment now?
Not yet. The app and website are still in preparation, and live Backend, VietQR and payment-provider services are not enabled.
